Regular support for your commercial needs
Clearly Core gives you access to experienced commercial lawyers who can get to know your business and provide practical advice when everyday legal questions arise.
Our Core package provides you with the security that you have one hour of legal advice paid for with our team every month. Your time can be used for routine advice, document reviews and straightforward commercial agreements. Unused time can accrue within the same retainer year, giving you flexibility to use your support when it is most valuable. The monthly fee is a saving on our usual fees.
Our introductory service is available for the first 12 months only. After 12 months you will automatically be moved to our basic retainer service for a fee of £255 plus VAT per month.
If a particular task is likely to require more than your available time, we will discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work.

Clearly Core is designed for businesses wanting light but regular commercial legal support. It may suit you if you occasionally need advice, a contract reviewed or a straightforward commercial document prepared.
We can help with routine commercial legal questions, contract reviews, terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements and other straightforward commercial documents. We will agree the scope with you before starting.
Clearly Core starts from £199 per month for the first 12 months and £269 per month thereafter. Payment is made monthly in advance.
You receive one hour of commercial legal support each month. The amount of work that can be completed will depend on the length and complexity of each matter.
Unused time can accrue within the same retainer year. Any remaining time expires at the end of that retainer year unless otherwise agreed.
We will discuss the likely time and cost with you before carrying out work beyond your available retainer hours. Additional work may be charged separately, or we can discuss moving you to a more suitable package.
Clearly Core has an initial 12-month term. It renews automatically unless three months’ notice is given in accordance with our retainer terms.
Clearly Core covers commercial legal support only. If you need employment, data protection, corporate or more extensive legal support, Clearly Business or Clearly Bespoke may be more appropriate.
