Clearly Bespoke is our most flexible monthly retainer. Rather than selecting a standard package, we work with you to agree the areas of support, number of hours and level of involvement your business requires.
Your retainer might combine commercial, corporate, employment and data protection support with strategic guidance for your directors or leadership team. Broader corporate projects, including funding rounds, can also be incorporated where specifically agreed.
You will have regular access to experienced lawyers who get to know your business, its objectives and its priorities. Unused time can accrue within the same retainer year, giving you flexibility when a matter requires additional attention.

Clearly Bespoke is designed for businesses requiring broader corporate support, strategic legal guidance or a tailored combination of legal services. It may be suitable where your legal needs are more varied, complex or closely connected to your plans for growth.
Your retainer can combine commercial, corporate, employment and data protection support. Broader corporate work, including funding rounds, may also be incorporated where expressly agreed.
The monthly fee is quoted individually. It will reflect the agreed number of hours, areas of support and likely complexity of the work.
Clearly Bespoke starts from two hours per month. We will recommend an appropriate monthly allocation after discussing your expected legal requirements.
Yes. Funding rounds and other broader corporate projects can be included where they form part of the agreed scope. Larger or particularly complex transactions may require a separate quotation or additional allocation of time.
Unused time can accrue within the same retainer year. Any time remaining at the end of that retainer year will expire unless otherwise agreed.
We will discuss the likely additional time and cost with you before proceeding. We may agree additional hours, a temporary increase in your monthly allocation or a separate project fee.
Clearly Bespoke has an initial 12-month term. It renews automatically unless three months’ notice is given in accordance with our retainer terms.
No. Litigation, tribunal proceedings and other contentious work are not ordinarily included and would require separate arrangements, which we can help you with.
