Part time UK Solicitor Role
Clearly Business Law is looking to employ a part time Company/Commercial Solicitor offering remote working from home with occasional meetings in London. Excellent remuneration package offered depending on your level of qualification and experience.
AT LEAST 8 YEARS PQE – CORPORATE/COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR – REMOTE WORKING – COMPETITIVE REMUNERATION PACKAGE
Clearly Business Law specialises in helping SMEs in all stages of running a business, including:
- Articles of association
- Shareholder/partnership agreements
- Business contracts
- Terms and conditions
- Contracts of employment and policies
- Share Option Schemes
- Advising on share and assets sales
- Company secretarial work
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience in some or all of the above areas
- At least 8 years’ post qualification experience
- Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales
- Good attention to detail, excellent client care and communication skills
- Located anywhere
